When I looking into Chateau Horoué, I was surprised that the design symbolizes 365 days, or one year. I considered the location of this castle geographically. I'm currently in Toul, MEUR-THE ET MOSELLE prefecture.
I only found our meeting point from your grid location and now I see how it fits but I didn't get the department at all. I am enjoying discovering a new town as we haven't been to Toul.
