GIFTED GORGEOUSNESS 15/08

I'm late again for the Gifted Gorgeousness post, pictures to be taken, post to write, here we are on August the 25th !!!

So, as each month, on the 15th you have to check on Jo's blog here,

http://serendipitousstitching.blogspot.com/2018/08/gifted-gorgeousness-august-link-up-post.html

My two main projects are gifts for my granddaughter and the daughter of my goddaughter (that's a lot of daughters)

First, Zazobouzi "dinette" for Capucine, I'm working on a basket for the cutlery
I choose to simplify how to assembly the fabric with the lining and wadding.

Next to sew the four cups

Secondly, the loto made in fleece, I'm working on the second set for Soline (my goddaughter's daughter).

Some cross stitch of course on Halloween in the rain with some threads given by DD3

About DD3, she's is a Virgo and I'm preparing her birthday card on zodiac theme

Checking blogger I realized that this post is the 500th, happy anniversary!

Disney studio Parc - Paris    04/18

So many examples with Lion, I haven't work enough to use them all

A well-known fable of Jean de la Fontaine is named : the Lion and the Rat
The lion is trapped in a net and needs the help of the rat
This net will give me an update for my two fishing nets full of seashells and starfish

I don't often share pictures of me stitching, here is a pretty one

My third first name could be Clarence

kind of explanation for my recent mistakes

(that was that crossed eyed lion from Daktari
show from my youth)

I was a little discouraged
but facing adversity
I rectified the grey thread
and finished DMC 415
on my owl

What could I do to lift my spirit
start a new stitching!

I'll talk about it later cause as usual I'm making changes with chart and threads
so it needs a few adjustements, to be followed...

Feline silhouettes are back and the lions statues of Vaux le Vicomte gardens impassive.

Need a break? Some snack to regain your strentgh, ad!

I have listed the films produced by MGM from 1924
I was quite sure to find some titles linked to Lions or to my Halloween stitching...

There is a Prince John who is waiting for some color on his chicks, he has his place in this article

It's time to say goodbye, with Titus the Lion, what happen next : it's new storie.

(ORTF 1967/1968)

Après, c'est une autre histoire !
