For this ninth CC post

I'm glad to have a finish today...

Remember I was stitching two ornaments for Pierre and his young brother Hector.

I have cut envelopes in decorative papers to send them soon.

I'm also ready to send this little sewing machine to my goddaughter.

J'ai toujours beaucoup de projets en cours, c'est donc très agréable de pouvoir présenter trois finitions : les deux broderies montées en boules pour Pierre et Hector et la petite machine à coudre pour Virginie.

For this eight CC post after two weeks being ill I'm starting again on my small gifts in progress.

Some felt sewing machines, cut in green and blue, accessories to make for tiny spool, Xmas hats.

Retour sur les décos en feutrine pour quelques petits cadeaux comme mon hérisson et ma petite machine à coudre de Noël.

Pour réaliser mes cartes de voeux modèle
sapin, un mini point de croix et l'ajout de

papier décoré et washi tape pour cacher

les noeuds d'attache des mini cartes.

I have seen a new lovely ornament with a cat in a tree and want to test it (as DD2 and DD3 are big cat fans).

My third knitted bauble is done and ready to be filled.

For this seventh CC post

Some updates about my new Not so ugly Christmas sweats :

I have added feet to my bee and she is happy now.

I know she needs more christmassy looks but don't know exactly which yet.

My pelican likes carrying a garland in one's beak

Quelques avancées sur ma collection de pulls de Noël pas si moches...

La machine à coudre, le bol de nouilles et le cocktail sont terminés, le pélican est ravi d'apporter une guirlande pour les fêtes. Ma vache et mon abeille attendent un petit supplément festif, j'ai ajouté deux boules sur la branche de sapin, une montgolfière a trouvé son pilote dans mon stock de charms une souris miniature.

The glass for my drink is made with violet felt and the stem with DMC 

I have cut tiny triangles in a sequin for the lemon pulp and glued 2 mm sequins as the seeds.

The straw is cut in what we call a trombone clip

Green beads for the olives

I love air balloons so I have cut one, add gold DMC threads and weave a tiny basket.

And I have found a pilot...     this tiny charm ing mouse

Here is my second wool ball, knitted with Rico creative Bubble dark green and silver wools.

About the Christmas JJ, I have started sewing the signatures, the first ones are easier to tie.

Finition de ma deuxième boule tricotée, cette fois en utilisant la laine de chez Rico creative Bubble en vert et argent.

Et j'ai commencé à attacher mes cahiers - signatures, les deux premiers sont toujours les plus simples. J'en ai prévu cinq...

 

GIFTED GORGEOUSNESS 11/25

 

It's always nice to make gifts, nice too to receive some

                        and use them in our stitching projects.

I made those tiny crocheted bags for Soline

to play with her dolls

We also spend some time playing "at the restaurant"

and we made a list of the felt food she could use for her dishes

green peas came on our list and as she got some air dry clay

we made some tiny peas I brought back to glue in a felt pea pod

less than 3 cm long

Pour Soline, j'ai confectionné ces petits sacs de poupée au crochet

pendant notre visite nous avons joué "au restaurant"

et ainsi j'ai pu voir avec elle ce que je pourrais lui fabriquer en

feutrine, sur notre petite liste venaient les petits pois

comme elle avait de la pâte autodurcissante nous avons préparé

des pois miniatures que j'ai rapporté pour les coller dans des gousses cousues sur mesure.

I have finally found a shop to buy my missing 3364 DMC green thread and been able to finish the bottom of the dress

also adding the last metallic gold thread stitches

J'ai enfin pu acheter le DMC 3364 manquant et terminer le bas de la robe puis ajouter les dernières croix dans la chevelure et le visage.

Among my homemade Chritsmas cards there is a special one

as Soline's birthday is on 12/30 I like to make her a three parts

carousel card. I have chosen the fair theme for this year.

So a roller coaster for Christmas, a unicorns carousel for her birthday and a Ferris wheel for the New Year

The wheel can turn around of cause as well as the small gondolas

I'm also designing two patterns for Christmas ornaments for two little boys. I made a 1st Christmas stitching for Pierre first Christmas with a Santa and last year I chose a musical tree for his second Christmas.

In 2025, he'll receive his third Christmas ornie and his little 7 months old brother Hector his first one.
