Calvados isn't the right department, look carefully on the genius in step 1. Good wind is what we need to guess the toy! I see you're connected with Normandy, we went to Bayeux for a few days in November 2016. Love the town and the tapestry museum of course!!! xxx
It seems there is no kite festival in Dieppe this year so I´m heading for Calvados to visit the Cidre et Dragon festival, hope to find someone there.
