My ladies, we're looking for an author house.
I'm waiting for your comments
Good answers will "stay hidden"
until the next step when the author
himself will introduce you his characters.
Some news about my quaker,
I made some progress during my lunch time
I wish I could keep this goal... one step in the travel one step in the stitching...
I think we are visiting Chateau de Monte-Cristo in Le Port-Marly, the home (and now museum) of Alexandre Dumas who wrote The Three Musketeers and The Count of Monte Cristo.
RépondreSupprimerAlexandre Dumas wrote The Three Musketeers, Mars 1844. I think our stop is department Yvelines....alas still trying to find the writer house. This is an interesting adventure.
RépondreSupprimerI did locate information that Monsieur Dumas bought parcels of land in Le Port-Marly, Yvelines. Very interesting reading. Thank you Nadine.
RépondreSupprimerOh I think it's the home of Alexandre Dumas! Your Quaker is absolutely beautiful. What gorgeous colours.
RépondreSupprimerI am sure I was right with the help of my son's name! We have the Three Musketeers in this post, all for one and one for all!
RépondreSupprimerMy guess of the author is Alexandre Dumas, maybe he had a house in Seine-Maritime? I enjoy these posts! Please compliment your artiste!
