JJJ 36 LE JEUDI DU JUNK JOURNAL

Some hours of fun on my Ancient Egypt Junk Journal,

Quelques heures pour compléter mon JJ Egypte ancienne avec des publicités, articles de journaux, dessin d'Howard Carter et créer des pochettes coins pour ajouter le cadeau de Toki, décorer de washi tape ma page de calque, coller mon pliage pyramide et le napperon papier doré.

an article about Hatchepsout written like an interview from a magazine

make two coin pockets to slip in the post-it notebook Toki sent to me

add some black and gold washi tape (I looked for it for weeks and found it in the bottom of a box near to my works!) on the edges of the tracing paper

and the bottom of the papyrus line

glue a golden doily on the inside of the back cover

and the pyramid shape folding

work on my Nile Delta, cutting the shape of the desert on which I'll attach the beads palm trees, pyramids and the crocodile

I have used the same pattern than the small cross stitch landscape to make the beads pyramids. I first tried to make it on metallic thread like the palmtrees but it was too hard so I stitch it on fabric and cut/glue the edges.

J'ai pu terminé comme je le souhaitais ma page "Delta du Nil" : découpage de la couche supérieure sable pour le désert et de l'oasis du Fayoum, ajout des décors en perles de rocaille : le crocodile, deux palmiers et mes petites pyramides.

Enfin création d'une poche pour recevoir mon livret Karnak, ajout d'un schéma de point de croix et ouverture d'une enveloppe pour une future pochette avec collage d'un papier à lettre papyrus sur le fond pour cacher le logo de la poste.
