Oooh more clues..... Ok here goes another try!! Dept 78 the town Jouy en Josas they produce a printed cotton fabric..... Manufactured in the town. There is a church St Martins, founded in 1850.... There is a person called Arman a French American artist... I think this is the American link with the figures you drew in your last clue. Fingers crossed hoping this is better?! Smiles :)
Toile de Jouy fabric!!! It suddenly came to me that's what T de J stands for. I was looking for a museum with those initials. I am guessing we may be going to Jouy en Josas and their cloth museum in the Chateu de L'Eglantine.
Good afternoon Nadine, is our last destination Jouy en Josas where the beautiful toile de Jouy is made?
RépondreSupprimerThank goodness, more clues! Staying in department 78, a visit to Jouy-en-Josas....very pretty.
