  2. We are off to region 54 whose name begins with M et M so that why the sweeties are here! Not sure about the strange symbols yet.

  3. Good morning Nadine, just checking in and as we are going to the Meurthe et Moselle department, I am wondering if this journey has anything to do with the beautiful bead embroidery of Luneville. Another technique that I like.

  4. I believe that meurthe et moselle is department 54, the town is lueville which Louis Ferry-Bonnechaux discovered a technique using beads and sequins on embroidery in 1865. His craft was widely copied and became known as "Luneville point" and its heritage can still be seen in modern haute couture.
Still thinking on the wonderful drawing you did... Love playing along its so much fun :)
    Smiles :)

  5. back on track! :) so the first thing I noticed are the two M&M’s candies that suggest me the next department (or city) starts with the letters M and M.. plus there’s #54 on the train locomotive, and department 54 is called Meurthe-et-Moselle. definitely looking at that area for our destination. no idea what those signs above mean, I think I’ll take a look at the next clue instead of banging my head on a wall :D
