FULLY FINISHED GALLERY 08/26

It's the 10th of this month and Rachel from "Ten Hour Stitcher"
used to welcome us and our Fully Finished achievements.

Her blog is on pause but I want to keep this event as a special day welcoming my fully finished projects.

I'm far from my goals in sewing, the heatwaves have had a negative impact on my effectiveness, no progress on dresses. But I feel better about small projects hand sewed.

I needed a neck pouch for my phone (Nanny has no jean's pocket!) to hold it when I'm in the garden or listening podcasts when I'm busy at home cleaning.

And since I have seen those little cosy cushions to put phones on I wanted one asap. Best part of the project, open my pieces of fabric boxes and take my time to chose the pattern I'm gonna use.

It's the same pattern as for a "berlingot" pocket, with one longer side for the space that'll receive the phone. I have added some felt in the base and a padded edge to hold it in place.

  1. Do you miss Rachels blog as much as I do? I hope she's doing alright!
Those are very cure finishes, very handy too. I think I need to make a cushion like that!
