CHATEAU DE SARZAY

Après une nuit chez nos hôtes Pete et Christine, de charmants anglais installés dans les environs, une petite visite à La Châtre puis déjeuner à Sarzay avant de visiter le château.

We rent a room nearby Etaillé (our hosts Pete and Christine, were charming English people living in Berry). On the Sunday morning, we stopped in La Châtre then reach Sarzay for lunch and a visit to the castle.

BERRY

Le 15 août étant férié, s'offraient à nous deux journées pour une ballade en Berry, l'occasion d'accepter l'invitation de George Sand à nous rendre en visite à Nohant.

August 15th being a holiday, we had two days for a walk in Berry, the opportunity to accept the invitation of George Sand to visit her house in Nohant.

Nous voici donc samedi peu avant l'heure du déjeuner à faire une petite promenade autour du château de Lys Saint George...

So here we are on Saturday shortly before lunch time taking  a little walk around the castle of Lys Saint George...

Nous avons ensuite rejoint Nohant pour une visite de la maison, des jardins et du cimetière privé.
Then we joined Nohant for a visit of the house, the gardens and the private cemetery.

I know now that 20 in 20" was totally crazy  well here is my unrealistic list ;

Rafraîchissant en pleine canicule de travailler sur la boule à neige, si vous avez un peu chaud il suffit de renverser l'ouvrage et vous vous sentez mieux !


Refreshing in the heat wave to work on the snow globe (16), if you're a bit hot just flip it over and you feel better!






Nice progress on the house (roof, window, door), on the outside white line of the globe, some silver threads on the tree and I begun the sand point which will fill the "ground".

Some chain points too on one ball on the red fabric.

The Parisian (12) went under the magnifying lamp last week (no pic), I stitched the top of the dress with one thread while I choose to stitch the skirt with two, we'll see if it works.

The question of the month is about Mystery SAL, never did that, it sounds great and funny. I'll check on other blogs participating in Wipocalypse to discover your projects.
