Toc, Toc, j'entends que l'on frappe à la porte d'entrée...
Bienvenue, j'attendais votre visite, venez, entrez
Ce 17ème jour de l'avent
I hear someone knocking at the front door
I was waiting for you, do come in, today Jo from Serendipitious Stitching have given me the chance to welcome you for her 2018 Online Advent Calendar and share with you some Christmas stitching.
A lot of Christmas works in my WIP basket...
Here I am, on the three WIP of this embroidery composition.
terminé en mai 2018, finished in May 2018
Fabric frame made in December 2018 (free chart)
Two WIP, nearly done,
Toujours Cuore e Batticuore, les patineurs presque terminé...
Almost finished, skaters from Christmas is... skating on ice... with you
I only need to stitch the lights of the candles, but I want to use my gold DMC thread so a neat work to be done during a quiet time.
Si on chantait, si on chantait, si on chantait,
There is so many Christmas songs in English that I love, the choice will be almost impossible.
I'll give a chance to "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" because I can sing this one quite easily.
I like "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" but learning lyrics remains complicated.
I like "White Christmas " and "Tidings of comfort and joy" too because I love the music. Jingle bells is so joyfull and rythmic, always a classic.
The last paper work
This choir sings Jo's praises and thanks her for organizing such beautiful exchanges.
