our favorite were, of course, Mona Lisa "la Joconde"

and all the fashion / sewing accessories

But we liked too those funny Italian coffee makers!

Competition started with hockey which means cross stitch on perforated paper with red thread 347 on the skirt of Spirit of Christmas Carols

Il me reste à broder un rouge 347 sur la jupe de "Spirit of Christmas Carols" de Brooke's Books, ce sera mon épreuve de hockey sur glace

Then we stayed in the ice rink and move to curling linked to Ancient Egypt JJ

gathering papers to prepare the signatures for the Junk Journal will be soon the main event but in the meantime making some ornaments

will give our curling team a funny warm up

a beaded palm tree will be great, from a pattern cut in a magazine

and making a pharaoh sarcophagus

(alike the one made for Capucine but it had to be flat this time)

so it will be a three pages :

the stone sarcophagus, the ornamental one and the mummy

to be followed
