than her older sister suit which was a French Cancan dancer.
I still have this ladybug suit, DD2 flying with her godmother.
A little red riding hood and a Pierrot suits made by my mum for DD1
Some of the school costumes (so creative teachers...)
We are in Bretagne for a week. Many nice places to visit, many cider and "crêpes" (pancakes and buckwheat galettes) to enjoy, good ocean air to breathe!
See you on Wednesday for our next step.
That's interesting! Again, I was just following your clues after the week finished. I did not know that Dunkerque had a carneval, now I'll have to go and read about it.
RépondreSupprimerHerzliches Wilkommen Leonore ! I'm glad you can join us during this travel which will "introduce" you to some French towns. For the next step we'll be guided by Aladdin and his friends. Bis bald. xxx
SupprimerI thought it was Dunkerque after etage 1 and 2 but was waiting for etage 3 but missed it due to our Father's Day celebrations
RépondreSupprimerSunday was a "busy" day : Father's day as DH birthday! You're always welcomed to join when you can. xxx
SupprimerI am so glad the kippers are wrapped in plastic before they are thrown into the crowd! Lovely to see the photos of your children in their costumes. Neither of mine are keen on dressing-up but we loved it when we were children.
RépondreSupprimerOh cool! I've never heard of this. The herrings are a very interesting part too, and love those costumes. :)
RépondreSupprimerLovely pictures of the costumes
